How do I take my supplement?

Mix 30 g of whey (2 level measuring spoons) in a shaker containing 200 ml of water or milk. Shake, it's ready!

The ideal time to consume whey is immediately after training, to maximize recovery.

However, it can also be consumed at any time of the day to increase your protein intake.

Whey isolate can be consumed continuously. Of course, it is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and to respect the recommended daily doses.

When will I feel the first benefits?

Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?
