To register, go to the " My Account " section of our website, where you can create an account. The loyalty account and customer account are one and the same.
How to earn loyalty points?
Every euro spent on our products earns you 5 loyalty points, which are added to your account immediately after purchase.
You can increase your points balance by completing various missions, such as following our Instagram account, leaving a review on Google, sharing a photo with us or referring a friend.

How can I use my accumulated points?
You can redeem your points for exclusive rewards directly from your loyalty page or at the time of ordering, on the payment page.
For example, 500 points entitle you to a €5 voucher.

If you already have an account, log in to your existing account to activate your participation in the loyalty program. You can log in here.
How do I find out my points balance?

Do points expire?
Yes, your points are valid for 1 year from the date they were earned. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder before they expire.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return an item, the points associated with that purchase will automatically be deducted from your loyalty balance.
Are bonus points credited immediately after completing a mission?
Some points, especially those earned through missions that require our verification, may take up to a week to be credited to your account. We thank you for your patience.
Can rewards be combined with promotional offers?
No, rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes. You can choose either one when placing your order.
How long are my rewards valid for?
The expiration date is specified on each reward.
How does the sponsorship system work?
By entering your friend's email address in the referral area, your friends will receive a €10 discount on their first order (valid for orders over €30). Once their order is validated, you will receive a €10 voucher (valid for orders over €30).
Are there any specific conditions for the sponsorship to be valid?
Sponsorship is only valid if the sponsored person has never placed an order on our site and for an order of a minimum amount of €30.
Can I sponsor more than one person?
Yes, of course! The only condition is that your friend has never ordered before.
How long is the referral code shared with your godchild valid?
The code is valid for 7 days.
