How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
To register, go to the "My account" section of our site, where you can create an account. The loyalty account and the customer account are one and the same.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Every euro spent on our products earns you 5 loyalty points, which are added to your account immediately after purchase.
You can increase your point balance by completing various missions, such as following our Instagram account, leaving a Google review, sharing a photo with us, or referring a friend.

How can I use my accumulated points?
You can redeem your points for exclusive rewards directly from your loyalty page or at checkout, on the payment page.
For example, 500 points entitle you to a €5 voucher.
Other reward tiers are available the more points you earn, the more you are rewarded!
I already have an account with you; how do I log in to my loyalty account?
If you already have an account, sign in to your existing account to activate your participation in the loyalty program. You can log in here.
How do I check my points balance?
Once logged in, your points balance will be displayed further up on the page.
Do the points expire?
Yes, your points are valid for 1 year from the date they were earned. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder before they expire.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return an item, the points associated with that purchase will be automatically deducted from your loyalty balance.
Are bonus points credited immediately after completing a mission?
Some points, particularly those earned from missions that require our verification, may take some time to be credited to your account (up to one week). We thank you for your patience.
Can rewards be combined with promotional offers?
No, the rewards obtained cannot be combined with other promotional codes. You may choose one or the other when placing your order.
How long are my rewards valid for?
The expiration date is specified on each reward.
How does the referral system work?
By entering your friends' email addresses in the referral section, your friends will receive a €10 discount on their first order (valid on purchases of €30 or more). Once their order has been confirmed, you will in turn receive a €10 voucher (valid on purchases of €30 or more).
Are there any specific conditions for the sponsorship to be valid?
Referrals are only valid if the referred person has never placed an order on our site and for a minimum order amount of €50.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, of course! The only condition is that your friend has never ordered before.
How long is the referral code shared with your referee valid?
The code is valid for 7 days.
