How to take your supplement?
Dosage: take 2 capsules per day (recommended daily dose) with a glass of water.
When to take: preferably in the morning. Consistency is key: choose the time that best fits into your daily routine so you don't forget.
Duration: 1 bottle of 60 capsules corresponds to a 1-month supply when taken continuously. You can also take it in a targeted manner: during the days leading up to your period and until it ends.
Can it be taken continuously? Yes, this is completely fine at the recommended dosages. However, make sure to take a break every 3 months.
