Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, at any time of the day. As part of a spirulina treatment, separate the intake of each supplement by at least 2 hours.

Due to its wide range of action, this complex can be consumed by the whole family, from 11 years old.

To maintain a good level of zinc, a 2-month treatment is generally recommended, to be repeated if necessary. At a rate of taking just one capsule per day, our bottle contains 4 months of treatment.
