Presentation of collagen powder
Is your skin lacking firmness and elasticity? Are your joints sensitive?
This may be the consequence of the decline, from the age of 25, of the body's natural production of collagen. However, this key protein, essential for the structure and regeneration of connective tissues (skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, etc.), plays an essential role in preventing the signs of aging. It promotes hydration and elasticity of the skin while helping to maintain joint comfort.
Our formula, enriched with vitamin C, offers you an ideal dose of 10 g of hydrolyzed marine collagen type I and III Naticol®, pure and bioavailable (2000 Daltons), whose effectiveness has been clinically proven.
Easy to integrate into your daily life, our collagen powder, perfectly soluble, odorless and tasteless, mixes easily into the cold or hot drink of your choice. Pour, stir, taste and enjoy!
Why our collagen powder?
Naticol® Marine Collagen Powder – 2000 Daltons
We have selected Naticol® hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides (type I and III), manufactured in France through a gentle enzymatic hydrolysis process. This innovative method guarantees low molecular weight peptides (2000 Daltons) for optimal absorption by the body. Renowned for its purity, bioavailability, and excellent traceability, this marine collagen powder contains no additives and preserves the integrity of the proteins.
Clinically proven effectiveness
The effectiveness of Naticol® marine collagen on skin and joints is scientifically proven. A daily intake of 10 g for 8 to 12 weeks improves skin hydration (+22.8%), elasticity (+23.7%), and reduces wrinkles (-11%). It also supports joint mobility and helps reduce joint discomfort in seniors.
Responsibly sourced – Friend of the Sea® certified
Our collagen comes from sustainable fishing certified by Friend of the Sea® and carries the “Clean Label” certification, guaranteeing no artificial additives and complete transparency in its composition.
1-month supply
Each daily dose provides 10 g of marine collagen and 150 mg of vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation. One jar of collagen powder covers a 28-day program. Measuring scoop included.
No fishy smell – 4 flavors available
The collagen powder is odorless and neutral in taste, making it easy to mix into any beverage, hot or cold. It’s available in 4 versions: unflavored, natural caramel flavor, mango flavor, or red fruit flavor.
Who is it for?
Skin beauty
Our marine collagen powder is designed for anyone looking to preserve the youthfulness and radiance of their skin. Suitable for all skin types – dry, normal, combination, oily, or mature – it helps maintain good hydration, improves elasticity and firmness, and fights visible signs of aging such as wrinkles and loss of skin tone. It contributes to smoother, plumper, and more radiant skin.
Joints and muscle well-being
Our collagen is also a valuable ally for athletes, whose joints, tendons, and ligaments are highly stressed. It helps support muscle recovery and maintain joint flexibility. It is also recommended for older people, in whom collagen production naturally decreases, leading to joint fragility and reduced mobility.
Directions for use
Dilute 10.1 g (2 level measuring spoons) in 250 ml of the beverage of your choice (water, tea, coffee, juice). Mix well until the powder is completely dissolved. This supplement can be consumed at any time of the day.
For optimal effects, it is recommended to follow this treatment for 3 months.

Marine or bovine collagen: how to make the right choice?
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein obtained from animal sources. The two most common forms of collagen are marine collagen and bovine collagen. We have chosen marine collagen for three main reasons:
From an ecological perspective, marine collagen is more sustainable, as aquaculture generates seven times fewer greenhouse gas emissions than cattle farming.
From a nutritional standpoint, marine collagen offers better protein yield, with a 31% protein retention in fish compared to 15% in bovines, meaning a more efficient use of the consumed proteins.
What fish does your collagen come from?
Naticol® marine collagen, from sustainable fishing labeled Friend of the Sea®, is produced from fish from sustainable farms and caught in the cold waters of the North Atlantic, Europe, Asia and, for some, Africa.
The fish species used to produce Naticol® marine collagen are cod, codfish, Nile perch, whiting, Alaska pollock, Greenland halibut, coalfish and haddock.
Which type of collagen to choose: Type I, II, or III?
When referring to type I, II, or III collagen, we are talking about the raw materials used to create hydrolyzed collagen, each with a specific origin and function.
Type I, the most common, is found in the skin, tendons, and bones and is predominant in connective tissues. Type II is mainly found in cartilage, while type III is associated with the structure of muscles, organs, and arteries.Electrophoresis analysis from our supplier indicates that our Marine Collagen Powder contains between 95 and 97% type I collagen and between 3 and 5% type III collagen.
However, it is essential to understand that this classification mainly applies to raw materials before the hydrolysis process. Once hydrolyzed, collagen is broken down into smaller peptides, making it easier for the body to absorb. After hydrolysis, the differentiation between types I, II, or III becomes irrelevant, as the hydrolyzed peptides spread throughout the body’s cells without distinction.
Therefore, contrary to popular belief, hydrolyzed type I collagen can contribute to joint support, and type III collagen can benefit the skin.
What is hydrolyzed collagen?
Collagen is considered “hydrolyzed” when it has undergone a process called hydrolysis. This process breaks down long collagen protein chains into shorter peptides, making them easier for the body to absorb. This hydrolysis improves collagen bioavailability, allowing for optimal absorption and increased benefits for the skin and joints.
Is your collagen pure?
Yes, our marine collagen is pure and contains no artificial additives. It comes from sustainable fishing and is labeled “Clean Label,” ensuring complete transparency regarding its composition.
Does your collagen have a low molecular weight?
Yes. We have carefully selected Naticol® BPMG collagen, known for its optimal bioavailability thanks to its low molecular weight of only 2 kDa (2000 Daltons). The molecular weight of collagen determines the size of its molecules. A low molecular weight means smaller molecules, which are more easily absorbed by the body. This ensures better supplement efficiency.
What is the protein content of your marine collagen?
The protein content is 95%. For 100 g of powder, our collagen contains 95 g of protein.
Why combine marine collagen with vitamin C?
We have chosen to combine marine collagen with vitamin C (in the form of sodium ascorbate) because it contributes to the normal formation of collagen. It therefore helps to optimize your body's natural production of collagen.
Are the flavors used natural?
Yes, the mango, caramel and wild berry flavors in our collagen supplement are natural.
Does marine collagen contain calcium, iodine, phosphorus or potassium?
Marine collagen is primarily a source of protein and is not a significant source of calcium, iodine, phosphorus, or potassium. The amounts of these minerals, if present, are generally very small and do not contribute significantly to the recommended daily intake of these nutrients.
What is the recommended daily dose of collagen powder?
We recommend a daily dose of 10 grams of our marine collagen powder, which corresponds to two level scoops, to be diluted in 250 ml of your preferred beverage.
Does collagen have a particular taste or smell?
Our marine collagen powder is odorless and tasteless, making it easy to mix into various drinks without altering their flavor.
For those who prefer a touch of flavor, we also offer flavored versions in caramel, mango, and red fruits.
How long should a marine collagen treatment last?
We recommend a treatment of at least 3 months for optimal effects on the skin and joints. Each jar of our marine collagen powder provides a 1-month supply.
Can marine collagen be taken continuously, or should I take breaks?
No, it is not necessary to take breaks when consuming marine collagen. You can take it year-round without any issues. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein in the body, and since its production decreases with age, regular intake is beneficial for the skin, joints, and connective tissues.
Some people prefer to take 3-month courses with a few weeks’ break, but this is not mandatory. The most important thing is to adopt a routine that suits you and integrates easily into your lifestyle.
Does collagen degrade when mixed with a hot beverage?
No, heat does not affect the absorption of collagen due to the stability of the peptides it contains. It can be mixed with hot drinks (tea, coffee…) or cold beverages without the risk of degradation.
Is collagen suitable for people following a vegetarian or vegan diet?
Our collagen is marine-based (fish) and is therefore not suitable for people following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian collagen?
We do not offer vegan or vegetarian collagen because, by definition, collagen is an animal-specific protein found in connective tissues. Supplements marketed as “vegan collagen” do not contain real collagen but rather plant-based amino acid blends designed to mimic the amino acid profile of human collagen.
While these blends may provide some of the necessary amino acids, they are not identical in structure or function to animal-derived collagen. As for so-called “vegetarian” collagen from egg membrane, it is actually native collagen. However, this form has limited bioavailability for the body, meaning it is not absorbed or used as efficiently as hydrolyzed animal collagen.
If you are vegan or vegetarian and wish to support your skin’s health, we recommend Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation, as well as Zinc Bisglycinate, which helps maintain normal skin, nails, and hair.
Our OptiMSM® MSM powder is also an excellent solution for joint health due to its organic sulfur content.
Collagen powder or capsules: which one to choose?
Both of our collagen supplements are complementary!
Our Marine Collagen in capsules is a “beauty formula” that contains less collagen than the powder format (1000 mg vs. 10 g) but includes a greater variety of active ingredients such as biotin, hyaluronic acid, and zinc, offering a complete action on skin, nails, and hair. Additionally, the capsule format is convenient and easy to take on the go.
Our Marine Collagen Powder, on the other hand, allows for higher doses of collagen, providing benefits for both the skin and joints. This format is also more economical.
Is collagen compatible with spirulina?
Yes, collagen is fully compatible with spirulina. In fact, these two supplements can be complementary.
Marine collagen helps support joint, skin, hair, and nail health, while spirulina provides essential nutrients for overall vitality. Feel free to take them together as part of a balanced diet.
Can I take hyaluronic acid along with my collagen treatment?
Collagen and hyaluronic acid both play a crucial role in skin health, but they act in different ways.
Collagen is a fibrous protein that provides structure and elasticity to the skin, bones, and connective tissues, forming the structural matrix of these tissues. As we age, our natural collagen production declines, leading to wrinkles and loss of skin elasticity.
Hyaluronic acid, on the other hand, is a polysaccharide that retains water, helping to hydrate and plump the skin. It acts as a natural lubricant for the joints and supports moisture retention in the skin, making it more hydrated, supple, and smooth.
Our Marine Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid supplements are completely complementary and can be taken together for targeted skin and joint benefits!
Does collagen really work?
Yes, taking a collagen supplement provides real and measurable benefits.
Collagen, a key protein in our body, is mainly produced by fibroblasts in the skin, influencing its elasticity and strength.
The consumption of hydrolyzed collagen stimulates these fibroblasts, as well as chondrocytes in cartilage and osteoblasts in bones, thereby promoting collagen production in the body.
How long does it take to see visible effects on the skin and joints?
Collagen effects vary from person to person, but clinical studies conducted on Naticol® collagen show significant results after 12 weeks of daily consumption of 10 g.Studies indicate:
Improved skin hydration (+22.8%) and elasticity (+23.7%), as well as a reduction in tightness and discomfort (-9.37%).
Reduced joint discomfort (-42.9%), improved mobility (-44% in movement difficulties), and increased physical performance (+33% in the SPPB test).
For optimal results, it is important to follow the treatment consistently.
Does your collagen help reduce wrinkles?
Yes, our marine collagen helps combat signs of aging, including wrinkles and fine lines, by promoting skin hydration and firmness.
At what age should I start taking collagen?
Natural collagen production begins to decline from the age of 25. Therefore, it may be beneficial to start supplementing with collagen peptides from this age to prevent signs of aging and support joint health.
I am an athlete: what are the benefits of taking collagen?
Collagen is recommended for athletes for several reasons. It helps maintain joint and tendon health. It also supports muscle recovery by aiding in the repair of damaged tissues. Finally, it contributes to joint flexibility, which is essential for athletic performance.
