Each daily dose of 4 capsules provides 2,000 mg of ultra-pure EPAX® fish oil, including 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA. A high and balanced dosage.

The totox index measures the oxidation level of a fish oil: the lower it is, the fresher and more stable the oil. Naturally present in brain membranes, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (1)(2).

Present in large quantities in the retina, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision (1)(2).
According to EFSA, these benefits are obtained through daily consumption of 250 mg of EPA and DHA for heart function, and 250 mg of DHA for the brain and vision (1)(2).

Directions for use
Take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. We recommend consuming this product with a meal. After opening, store the product in a dry place.
To balance your omega 3 / omega 6 ratio, this product can be consumed continuously throughout the year. With a dose of 4 capsules per day, each bottle provides a 1-month course.
