The benefits of the Pregnancy Routine
The Pregnancy Routine combines three essential supplements to support the expectant mother and the baby's healthy development:
- Ferrochel® Iron Bisglycinate: a highly bioavailable form of iron that helps prevent anemia and supports red blood cell production, essential during pregnancy.
- Quatrefolic® Folic Acid: essential for the development of maternal and fetal tissues, especially during the first trimester.
- EPAX® Omega 3: a pure fish oil formula rich in essential fatty acids that play a key role in the neurological and cognitive development of the fetus, while contributing to the mother's cardiovascular health.
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule of Iron Bisglycinate per day, with a glass of water. We recommend that you consume this supplement preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Regarding Folic Acid, we recommend 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, to be consumed this time, preferably during a meal. We recommend that you start the treatment at least one month before conception and until the end of the first trimester of pregnancy. Folic acid is intended for women and men who want to conceive and for women during the first 3 months of pregnancy. For optimal effects, it is recommended to follow this treatment for at least 3 months. At a rate of taking one capsule per day, one bottle contains three months of treatment.
For Omega 3, take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water, ideally during a meal. After opening, keep the product dry. In order to balance your omega 3 / omega 6 ratio, this product can be consumed continuously, throughout the year. At a rate of 4 capsules per day, each bottle contains 1 month of treatment.
Ingredients
- Iron Bisglycinate: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) Quali®-C, iron bisglycinate Ferrochel®, rice starch, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
- Folic Acid: Acacia fiber*, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), folic acid [(6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate] Quatrefolic®. *Ingredient from organic farming.
- Omega 3 EPAX®: Fish oil, capsule [gelatin (fish), humectant: glycerol], antioxidants: rosemary extracts, tocopherol-rich extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Precautions for use
Results may vary from person to person. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. For adults only. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.
Our Iron Bisglycinate is not recommended for people suffering from illnesses resulting in abnormal accumulation of iron (hemochromatosis, polycythemia, etc.).
Our Omega 3 is not recommended in case of anticoagulant treatment.
