Directions for use
Regarding our Organic Spirulina, start by taking 1 tablet per day for 2 to 3 days, then an additional tablet every 2-3 days until you reach 4 to 6 tablets per day. Consume Spirulina before or during meals.
For the Hair Formula, take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. This supplement can be consumed at any time of the day.
Spirulina is not recommended for people with hemochromatosis (spirulina is rich in iron), for people with phenylketonuria (spirulina is rich in protein) and for smokers (spirulina contains beta-carotene). If you are on medication, please consult your doctor.
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.
