Directions for use
We recommend taking 4 capsules of Multivitamins and 3 capsules of Magnesium per day with a glass of water.
Regarding Omega 3, take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. We recommend consuming this product during a meal. After opening, keep the product dry.

- Omega 3 EPAX®: Fish oil, capsule [gelatin (fish), humectant: glycerol], antioxidants: rosemary extracts, tocopherol-rich extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium bisglycinate, K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), taurine, rice starch, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
Precautions for use
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light. Our Omega 3 is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.
Our Multivitamins are not recommended for smokers (presence of beta-carotene), people suffering from thyroid disorders and people on anticoagulant treatment.
Our Omega 3 is not recommended in case of anticoagulant treatment.
Our Magnesium Bisglycinate is not recommended in cases of hypertension or renal or cardiac insufficiency.

The composition
Magnesium Bisglycinate
An essential mineral for reducing fatigue, stress, and maintaining nervous balance. Our magnesium is offered in the form of bisglycinate, which is highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach.
Taurine
Amino acid supporting heart function, electrolyte balance, and nerve transmission. We have combined it with magnesium as it enhances its effects and absorption by the body.
Vitamin B6 (P5P)
Active form of vitamin B6, participating in normal protein synthesis, energy metabolism and reduction of fatigue, while supporting the nervous system.
Epax® fish oil
Essential for cardiovascular and brain health, our EPAX® omega 3s come from ultra-pure fish oil sourced from sustainable fishing. They offer 40% EPA and 30% DHA for optimal balance.
Pure Vitamin C Quali®-C
