Vitamin A
Vitamin A is an essential vitamin that contributes to maintaining healthy vision, skin, and mucous membranes, to normal iron metabolism, and to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin A sources are very diverse, as it is found in both animal-based foods, in the form of retinol, and plant-based foods (often the more colorful fruits and vegetables), in the form of carotene and beta-carotene.

B Vitamins
The B vitamins are a group of essential vitamins for the body. They are present in some foods, but sometimes in small quantities.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin C Quali®-C
Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, is a vitamin found in many fruits and vegetables. It is an essential vitamin for human health, as it plays an important role in many of the body's biological processes.
It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and nervous system, reduces fatigue, promotes normal energy metabolism and increases the absorption of iron and calcium.
This powerful antioxidant also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the normal formation of collagen to ensure regular function of the skin, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and blood vessels.
People who do not consume enough fruits and vegetables may benefit from a vitamin C supplement to maintain adequate levels of this vitamin in the body.
Vitamin D3
A fat-soluble vitamin naturally produced by the body through sunlight, essential for bone health and immunity.
Vitamin D3 contributes to maintaining correct calcium levels, regular absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, normal functioning of the immune system, and healthy bone structure, muscle function, and teeth.

Natural Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. Like vitamin C, it is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the body's cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin E thus helps prevent skin aging and is also an ally in the fight against cardiovascular diseases.
Vitamin E is composed of 8 molecules: 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols. The ⍺-tocopherol form is the most assimilable by our body. However, it is much more beneficial to integrate all 4 tocopherols to benefit from their synergistic effects on cell membranes and free radicals.
→ For optimal antioxidant action, we have opted for a mix of 4 natural tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) of the highest quality: vitamin E Nutrabiol E®. Natural vitamin E has a higher biological activity than synthetic vitamin E. Therefore, it is better absorbed by human tissues and is retained longer in the body.
Vitamin K2-MK7
Vitamin K2, also known as menaquinone, is a fat-soluble vitamin belonging to the vitamin K family. It is found mainly in animal-based foods.
Vitamin K2 offers numerous health benefits. It is primarily involved in calcification and the maintenance of bones, as well as in the renewal of bone tissue. It has also been shown that adequate intake of vitamin K2 has a positive influence on the cardiovascular system.

Zinc Bisglycinate
Zinc is an essential trace element for the human body, involved in many bodily functions. Even though it is present in small quantities in the body, zinc is essential for maintaining our health.
Zinc contributes to maintaining a healthy immune system and reducing fatigue. It is also involved in DNA and protein synthesis, growth and cell division, regulation of the immune response, and wound healing.
Moreover, zinc is useful for the health of skin, nails, and hair. It is involved in the synthesis of collagen, an important structural protein of the skin and connective tissue, and in the regulation of sebum production, which plays a role in hair health. It contributes to maintaining normal skin and healthy nails and hair.

Chromium
Chromium is an essential trace element of the same family of metals as copper, iron, and manganese, whose role is to facilitate the digestion and assimilation of macronutrients (carbohydrates, lipids, proteins) by facilitating certain enzymatic reactions in the body.
The main role of chromium is to contribute to the normal maintenance of blood sugar levels. Indeed, chromium promotes the absorption of insulin by facilitating its transport to its receptors, thus naturally regulating blood sugar levels.
Since chromium is stored in minimal quantities in our body, it must be provided through diet or dietary supplements.
Remember that vitamin B3 (niacin) and vitamin C present in our Multivitamins promote the absorption of chromium.

Selenium
Selenium is a trace element that, along with vitamin E, is essential for the proper functioning of the immune system and for protecting cells from free radicals. As an antioxidant, it combats oxidative stress and helps the thyroid function properly.
In its various forms, plant-based selenium comes from seeds like lentils or mustard.

Iodine
Iodine is an essential trace element for many physiological functions. It ensures the formation of the nervous system and is particularly important for the proper functioning of the thyroid, as it plays a fundamental role in the latter.

N-acetylcysteine
N-acetylcysteine (or NAC) is a synthetic derivative of cysteine, a non-essential sulfur-containing amino acid (i.e., produced by the body). Once in the body, N-acetylcysteine is converted into cysteine, an amino acid that serves in the production of glutathione, a very powerful organic antioxidant.
Since glutathione reserves decrease with age, it is worth supplementing with N-acetylcysteine to provide the body with the necessary material for the synthesis of glutathione.
Epax® Fish Oil
Our Omega 3 supplement is based on ultra-pure and concentrated EPAX® fish oil in the natural form of triglycerides. This fish oil is extracted at low temperatures and decontaminated in Aalesund, Norway. It is purified through a patented process of molecular distillation that removes all environmental pollutants and heavy metals. Its purity exceeds the standards set by GOED (Global Organization for EPA and DHA).

Magnesium bisglycinate
Magnesium is an abundant mineral in the body. It plays an essential role in reducing fatigue and stress, in nervous balance, in energy production, and in normal psychological functions.
And that's not all! It also contributes to electrolyte balance, normal protein synthesis, cellular division processes, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Since the body cannot produce it, it is important to ensure a good daily intake of magnesium.
→ For optimal intake, we have selected the best form of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to 2 glycine amino acids.
This third-generation magnesium has several advantages: it is highly concentrated in elemental magnesium, is easily assimilated by the body, and is gentle on the stomach (does not cause transit discomfort).
Taurine
Contrary to popular belief, taurine, often used in energy drinks, is not a stimulant!
It is an amino acid naturally produced by the body that greatly facilitates the assimilation of magnesium. Consuming taurine during magnesium treatments or in certain conditions such as intense sports activity is therefore interesting as it can help maintain the proper functioning of the body.
As an amino acid, it participates in protein synthesis. These serve as "components" for the construction of various tissues of the body, especially muscles. For this reason, taurine is appreciated in the world of sports.
Bioactive Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 (also known as pyridoxine) is an essential water-soluble vitamin for the human body, which cannot synthesize it on its own. It is therefore important to obtain it through diet, particularly by consuming fruit and vegetables, or through supplementation.
