Introducing Omega 3
Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids essential for our balance. In the body, they play a major role in heart and brain function, as well as maintaining vision.
However, daily dietary intake of omega-3s is often too low today, with a deficiency in EPA and DHA fatty acids in nearly 9 out of 10 French people. Since our bodies cannot produce these fatty acids, it is important to ensure sufficient omega-3 intake.
To take care of your cardiovascular health, our supplement contains ultra-pure EPAX® fish oil, concentrated in EPA and DHA, fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form, offering optimal bioavailability for the body.
Each daily dose (4 easy-to-swallow capsules) provides 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA. All without any fish taste or smell!
Who are Epax® Omega-3s for?
Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce on its own. Since they come mainly from oily fish, many people do not consume enough of them on a daily basis. As a result, nearly 9 out of 10 French people have EPA and DHA intakes below recommended nutritional guidelines (1).
Our Omega 3 EPAX® is designed for anyone wishing to easily supplement their EPA and DHA intake. It is particularly suitable if:
-
You want to take care of your heart
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Regular intake is particularly beneficial for those looking to support heart health, as well as for active individuals who monitor their EPA and DHA levels. -
You eat little oily fish
Fewer than two servings of oily fish per week? Your EPA and DHA intake is likely insufficient. Omega-3 supplementation is the simplest way to complete your daily diet. -
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
DHA maternal intake contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the fetus and breastfed infants. Ensuring adequate DHA intake during pregnancy and lactation is essential. Important: any supplementation should be approved by a healthcare professional. -
You want to preserve your cognitive functions and vision
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. A daily intake of DHA naturally fits into a long-term wellness routine, especially for aging adults looking to maintain cognitive health and vision(2).
Directions for use
Dosage: take 4 softgels daily with a large glass of water. This provides 2,000 mg of EPAX® oil, including 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA.
When to take: ideally with a meal. The presence of dietary fats enhances the absorption of EPA and DHA. You can take all 4 softgels at once or divide them between two meals, according to your preference.
Duration: omega-3 supplementation can be taken continuously throughout the year to maintain stable EPA and DHA levels and support a long-term balance in your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.
Format: each bottle contains 120 softgels, providing a 1-month supply.
Our tip: opt for the subscription to automatically renew your monthly supply and enjoy a 10% discount on every order.
