“Free Magnesium” operation regulations

Article 1: Organization

The company Novoma (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), whose head office is located at 3 avenue Bernard Maris 31400 Toulouse, is organizing a marketing operation entitled "Free Magnesium" on its e-commerce site www.novoma.com , from March 20, 2023 to April 16, 2023 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as "the Operation").

Article 2: Conditions of participation

The Operation is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, with the exception of members of the Organizer's staff and their families. Participation is limited to one use of the promo code per household (same name, same address).

Article 3: Conditions of participation

To benefit from the offer, participants must:

1/ Go to the website www.novoma.com between March 20, 2023 and April 16, 2023 inclusive.

2/ Add the Magnesium trial cure (60 capsules) to their basket.

3/ Enter the “offered” promo code in the space provided for this purpose when confirming the order.

The “free” promo code allows you to benefit from a reduction of €13.90 on the price of the Magnesium trial treatment. The Magnesium trial treatment will therefore be free for the participant. Only a contribution for shipping costs is requested.

Article 4: Limitations

The offer is valid within the limits of available stock. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Operation before the scheduled closing date in the event of exhaustion of stocks.

Article 5: Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of technical, IT or telecommunications problems preventing or limiting participation in the Operation, or resulting in the loss or corruption of data.

Article 6: Disputes

Participation in the Operation implies unreserved acceptance of these regulations. Any dispute or complaint relating to the Operation must be sent in writing to the Organizer at the following address: Novoma 3 Avenue Bernard Maris 31400 Toulouse. No dispute or claim will be taken into account after a period of 30 days following the closure of the Operation.

Article 7: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the Operation will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 8: Personal data

The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with current legislation and the Organizer's privacy policy, available on the website www.novoma.com .
