Guide - Vitamine D3
How do I take my supplement?
Take 2 measuring spoons per day, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice, according to your preference.
Be sure to adjust the dose in children:
- 4 to 10 years: take ½ measuring spoon per day;
- 11 to 17 years old: take 1 measuring spoon per day.
The mixture can be consumed at any time of the day.
However, we recommend that you take it in one go to make it a habit and thus avoid skipping a dose!
The recommended duration of treatment is at least 2 months. For prolonged effects, you can repeat this treatment up to 3 times a year.

When will I feel the first benefits?
You should feel a decrease in fatigue and immune support after a few days to a few weeks of treatment.
Of course, this varies for each person depending on age, metabolism, nutritional status and individual needs.
Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?
Since vitamin C is essential to the body and cannot be stored, it is not necessary to take a break between two vitamin C treatments.
This supplement can therefore be consumed continuously.
Our tips for optimizing effects
Top tip: opt for fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C such as broccoli, spinach, red fruits, etc. (ideally eaten raw or lightly cooked).
And we will never stop repeating it, but for optimal effects, a healthy lifestyle is in-dis-pen-sable!
