Probiotics are living microorganisms naturally present in our digestive system, making up our intestinal flora (or microbiota). They exist as bacteria (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) and yeasts (Saccharomyces). In total, the digestive tract contains 100 trillion bacteria and other microorganisms.
To maintain the balance of the intestinal microbiota, our unique complex is composed of 6 SynbÆctive® labeled probiotic strains, selected for their synergistic action on the balance of the intestinal flora: Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, and Bifidobacterium lactis.
Each daily dose (2 gastro-resistant capsules) provides 60 Billion Colony Forming Units (CFU) at the time of manufacture.
Our Probiotic food supplements are for anyone who wants to take care of their intestinal flora balance. Some profiles may be particularly concerned, such as:
People experiencing daily digestive discomfort
Bloating, irregular transit, a heavy feeling in the stomach after meals: these signs can suggest an imbalance in the intestinal flora. A course of probiotics, alone or combined with one of our digestive food supplements, helps support this balance daily.
People taking antibiotics or after a course of treatment
Antibiotics can disrupt the intestinal microbiota by also eliminating beneficial bacteria. A course of probiotics helps maintain the balance of the intestinal flora. In this case, it is advisable to space out taking the probiotic and the antibiotic by at least two hours.
People experiencing periods of nervous fragility
The gut-brain axis is now well-documented. During periods of stress, intestinal transit can change, and the balance of the microbiota can be weakened. Probiotics support the balance of the intestinal flora during these more sensitive times.
Travelers
Changes in diet, water, routine, or bacterial environment: travel can put the gut to the test. A course of probiotics before and during the trip helps support the balance of the flora.
People sensitive to seasonal changes
Seasonal transitions can weaken the balance of the microbiota, which is why many of our customers take a course of probiotics with each change of season. Our health food supplements are also there to support you during these transition periods.
A few simple guidelines are enough to get the most out of your probiotic course.
What dosage?
Take 2 capsules per day, with a large glass of water.
When?
We recommend taking your supplement in the morning, preferably during breakfast. The most important thing is regularity.
For how long?
The recommended course duration is at least one month, to be repeated as needed. With 60 capsules, each bottle allows for a complete one-month course.
Continuously?
Probiotics can be taken continuously or in repeated courses, particularly during seasonal changes or periods of digestive fragility.
With antibiotics?
Yes, you can consume our probiotics at the same time as your antibiotics, provided you separate the intake by at least two hours to preserve their effectiveness.

Does not substitute a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
