Back-to-School Essentials Pack

We recommend taking 4 capsules of Multivitamins, 3 capsules of Magnesium Bisglycinate and 2 capsules of Organic Ashwagandha per day with a glass of water.

For greater comfort, do not hesitate to space out the doses by taking, for example, the Multivitamins in the morning and the Magnesium Bisglycinate as well as the Organic Ashwagandha in the evening.

- Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium bisglycinate, vegetable capsule K-Caps® (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), taurine, rice starch, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

- Organic Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha root extract* (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) standardized to 5% withanolides (KSM-66®), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). *Ingredient from organic farming.
