Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural source of organic sulfur , an essential and abundant mineral in the human body.

Sulfur is found in particular in joints, blood vessels, skin, nails and hair.

We preferred the powder format to the capsule format because we think it is more suitable. The recommended daily dose is 4 g, which would mean having to swallow more than 8 capsules each day!
