How do I take my supplement?

Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, any time of the day.

Due to its wide range of action, vitamin C can be consumed by the whole family, from the age of 4 and by adapting the dosages, i.e. 1 capsule per daily dose for children from 4 to 17 years old.

At a rate of taking 2 capsules per day, each bottle contains 2 months of treatment.

When will I feel the first benefits?

You should feel a decrease in fatigue and immune support after a few days to a few weeks of treatment.

Of course, this varies for each person depending on age, metabolism, nutritional status and individual needs.

Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?

Since vitamin C is essential to the body and cannot be stored, it is not necessary to take a break between two vitamin C treatments.

This supplement can therefore be consumed continuously.

Top tip: opt for fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C such as broccoli, spinach, red fruits, etc. (ideally eaten raw or lightly cooked).
