How do I take my supplement?
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
Probiotics can be consumed from 4 years old (2 capsules per day).
If you are taking antibiotics, we recommend an interval of at least two hours between taking your antibiotic and your supplement.
The recommended treatment duration is one month, renewable according to your needs.

When will I feel the first benefits?
Studies conducted by the laboratory that develops our probiotic strains have demonstrated effectiveness from 10 days of taking it, and lasting up to 30 days after the end of the treatment.

Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?
Beyond 3 months of treatment without interruption, we recommend that you take a 30-day break, corresponding to the length of time our strains persist in your microbiota after the last dose.
