Composed of our two best-sellers, Liposomal Vitamin C and Magnesium Bisglycinate , both highly assimilable, it is the combo of supplements to maintain your shape , especially during seasonal changes.

An essential box to treat yourself or someone else, to take care of yourself and your loved ones!

Directions for use

For Liposomal Vitamin C, take 3 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. The recommended duration of treatment is 2 months minimum. For prolonged effects, you can repeat this treatment 3 times per year.

For Magnesium Bisglycinate, take 3 capsules per day with a glass of water. We recommend taking this supplement during a meal, at noon or in the evening. In general, the recommended duration of a magnesium bisglycinate treatment is 1 to 3 months.

Ingredients

- Quali®-C liposomal vitamin C [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), phosphatidylcholine complex (sunflower oil)], vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch.

- Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium bisglycinate, K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), taurine, rice starch, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Precautions for use

Our Pack is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.

Vitamin C supplementation is not recommended for people with kidney stones. If you are taking medication, please consult your doctor.

Magnesium supplementation is not recommended in cases of hypertension or renal or cardiac insufficiency.
