How do I take my supplement?

Take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. We recommend consuming this product during a meal. After opening, keep the product dry.

You can divide the dose in two, one dose in the morning and another in the evening, for a balanced intake throughout the day.

In order to balance your omega 3 / omega 6 ratio, this product can be consumed continuously, throughout the year.

When will I feel the first benefits?

Generally speaking, the effects of taking food supplements such as omega 3 are felt over the long term (after at least 3 to 4 weeks).

Of course, this varies for each person depending on age, metabolism, initial nutritional status and individual needs.

Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?

We recommend taking a 10-day break between two omega 3 treatments to prevent any accumulation.

Our tips for optimizing effects

It is recommended to consume omega 3 during meals containing foods rich in fat, such as eggs, cheese, whole milk, or fish. This facilitates their absorption.
