Directions for use
We recommend taking 2 capsules of vitamin D3, 1 capsule of Quali®-C Vitamin C and 1 capsule of Zinc Bisglycinate per day with a glass of water.
These supplements can be taken at any time of the day. For greater comfort, you can space out your doses by taking one in the morning, the other at noon or in the evening.
As part of a spirulina treatment at the same time as a zinc treatment, separate the taking of each supplement by at least 2 hours.
Ingredients
- Zinc Bisglycinate: Rice starch, K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), TRAACS® zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
- Vitamin C Quali®-C: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) Quali®-C, K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch.
- Vitamin D3: Bulking agent: gum acacia; K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Vitamin D3V® (corn starch, coating agent: gum acacia; cholecalciferol).
Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.
Contraindications of Zinc Bisglycinate
This supplement is not recommended for people suffering from a bacterial infection.
Contraindications of Quali®-C Vitamin C
Vitamin C supplementation is not recommended for people with kidney stones. If you are taking medication, please consult your doctor.
