- Marine Collagen: this premium marine collagen powder supports the repair of muscle, tendon, and joint tissues for optimal physical recovery (28-day course).

- Glycine: this amino acid essential for metabolism works in synergy to promote overall body relaxation and support the body's natural repair processes, especially overnight (2-month course).

Directions for use

Every day, dilute 2 scoops of Marine Collagen (10.1 g) and 1 scoop of L-Glycine (5 g) in the drink of your choice, and take your 3 Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules with a glass of water.

Consume Glycine around your workout to support muscle recovery.

Ingredients

- Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium bisglycinate, K-Caps® vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), taurine, rice starch, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

- Marine Collagen powder: "Unflavoured" collagen: Marine collagen hydrolysate (fish) (Type I, III) Naticol®, sodium ascorbate (vitamin C).

- Glycine: 100% crystallized glycine.
