The Strength & Muscle Mass Routine brings together three essentials from our Sport Range to maximize your performance, boost your power, and optimize muscle fiber building:
- Native Whey Isolate: a high-purity protein, here in chocolate flavor, which provides a complete and rapid protein intake to support muscle mass growth and maintenance after exercise.
- L-Glutamine: a key amino acid that plays a major role in muscle recovery and protection.
- Creatine: the benchmark supplement for increasing strength and power during brief and intense exercises, while promoting muscle volume gain.
For this routine, mix 2 scoops of Whey Isolate (30g), 1 scoop of L-Glutamine (5g), and 1 scoop of Creatine (3g) in a shaker with 200ml of water or milk, ideally consumed right after your workout or as a snack. You can consume them together or separately (for comfort or taste). During periods of intense training, you can add a second dose of 5g of L-Glutamine in the morning on an empty stomach. This routine can be followed throughout the year to support your performance and limit post-workout discomfort.
- Vanilla flavored Whey Isolate: Whey protein isolate (milk) (including emulsifier: sunflower/rapeseed lecithin), natural flavor, digestive enzyme complex (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase), sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia).
May contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley, oats), egg, fish, soy, milk, celery and sulfites.
- L-Glutamine: L-Glutamine Kyowa®, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate), vitamin D3V® (cholecalciferol).
- Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate.
