How do I take my supplement?
Take 1 tablet per day for 2 to 3 days then take 1 additional tablet every 2-3 days until reaching 4 to 10 tablets per day, depending on your needs (4 to 6 tablets for healthy adults, 6 to 8 for pregnant women and 8 to 10 for athletes).
We recommend using this supplement throughout the day, before or during meals.
Since spirulina is rich in minerals, it is recommended to drink plenty of water when supplementing to avoid digestive problems.
