How to take our Menopause Formula?
Dosage: Take 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal. This optimizes the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2, as well as resveratrol, which are better assimilated in the presence of dietary fats.
Timing: In the morning with breakfast or at lunch, according to your preference. Consistency is key, regardless of the time chosen.

Precautions for use
Vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant therapy (VKA: warfarin, fluindione…): CONTRAINDICATION. Vitamin K2 (75 µg/day) interferes with these treatments. Always consult your doctor.
Antidepressant treatment: CONTRAINDICATION. Saffron can potentially interact with antidepressants (especially SSRIs).
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Not recommended.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT): The formula contains no hormones, but certain active ingredients (saffron) may interact with medications. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Ongoing medical condition: Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before starting a regimen.
Women with specific medical histories: Although the formula is phytoestrogen-free, always consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
Dosage: Respect the daily dosage of 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
