The Joint Comfort Routine brings together three complementary formulas designed to soothe your joints, reduce stiffness, and help you regain better daily mobility:

- Marine Collagen: this high-quality marine collagen powder promotes cartilage regeneration and strengthens the structure of connective tissues for improved joint resistance (28-day course).

- Turmeric: a highly concentrated extract of curcuminoids that helps reduce joint inflammation, thereby alleviating pain and discomfort associated with movement (2-month course).

- Omega 3 EPAX®: an ultra-pure fish oil that acts on inflammation to promote optimal flexibility and mobility (1-month course).

Directions for use

For an effective routine, daily dilute 2 scoops of Marine Collagen (10.1 g) in the drink of your choice, at any time of the day.

For maximum absorption, take your Turmeric capsule and your 4 Omega 3 capsules with a glass of water during a meal. This complete regimen can be followed long-term to maintain joint flexibility, simply remembering to take a 15-day break after each 2 to 3-month cycle of Turmeric.

Ingredients

- Marine Collagen Powder: "Unflavored" Collagen: Marine collagen hydrolysate (fish) (Type I, III) Naticol®, sodium ascorbate (vitamin C).

- Turmeric: Meriva© [Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa L.), sunflower phospholipids], ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

- Omega 3 Epax®: Fish oil, capsule [gelatin (fish), humectant: glycerol], antioxidants: rosemary extracts, tocopherol-rich extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. EPAX® 4030 TG-XO® ULTRA capsules – 500 mg.

Usage Precautions

This routine is intended for adults only and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains fish). It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for individuals undergoing anticoagulant, anticancer, or immunosuppressant treatment, or suffering from bile duct conditions.

If you are taking medication concurrently, consult your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep the products out of reach of young children. To be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle and stored in a dry place, away from heat and light.
