Our Longevity Essentials Routine brings together three advanced formulas designed to protect your cells and support healthy aging:
- Coenzyme Q10: a form directly absorbable by the body that plays a key role in cellular energy production and provides cardiovascular protection.
- Liposomal Vitamin C: thanks to its advanced encapsulation technology, it offers powerful antioxidant protection to combat cellular aging while sustainably supporting the immune system.
- Omega 3 EPAX®: an ultra-pure fish oil that helps regulate inflammation, supports brain health, and contributes to maintaining good overall balance over the years.
For optimal effectiveness, start your day by taking your 3 Liposomal Vitamin C capsules with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
During your meals, take 4 Omega 3 capsules and 1 Coenzyme Q10 capsule; the latter will be even better absorbed if your meal contains fats.
You can choose to take your Coenzyme Q10 at breakfast to boost your energy, or at dinner, the essential thing being to maintain a regular intake. This routine can be followed continuously throughout the year to protect your cells long-term.
- Omega 3 Epax®: Fish oil, capsule [gelatin (fish), humectant: glycerol], antioxidants: rosemary extracts, tocopherol-rich extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. EPAX® 4030 TG-XO® ULTRA capsules – 500 mg.
- Coenzyme Q10: Coenzyme Q10 CAVAQ10®, plant-based capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) Quali®-C, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) Nutrabiol®.
- Liposomal Vitamin C: Liposomal Vitamin C Quali®-C [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), phosphatidylcholine complex (sunflower oil)], vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch.
Not recommended for those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Not recommended for people suffering from kidney stones.

En revanche, pour le moment, je ne ressens pas d’effet particulier ou alors ils sont trop discrets pour que je m’en rende compte. Peut-être que les bénéfices se font sur le long terme, mais à court terme, je n’ai pas noté de changement évident.
