Directions for use

Take 3 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Be sure to adjust the dose in children:

The recommended duration of treatment is 2 months minimum. For prolonged effects, you can repeat this treatment 3 times a year.

"J'ai acheté plusieurs fois ce flacon de VitC mais je préfère d'autres fournisseurs pour ce produit, même s'il est certainement de bonne qualité. Il faudrait revoir les dosages. En effet prendre 3 gélules à la fois, ou 4-5-6 pour avoir 1500mg ou 2000mg - car oui certaines maladies/affections nécessitent des fortes doses temporairement - ce n'est pas très confortable et je ne suis pas sûre que l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose à long terme soit bénéfique. En outre cela multiplie le prix par autant de flacons nécessaires. Exemple : cure de 3 mois = presque 80 euros, vous n'exagérez pas un peu ?"

Liposomal vitamin C is a form of vitamin C encapsulated in liposomes, fatty substances that optimize its absorption and increase its bioavailability in the body while offering excellent intestinal tolerance and prolonged diffusion in the body.

What is vitamin C encapsulated in?

Liposomal vitamin C is based on the principle of encapsulating vitamin C in a phospholipid envelope. Our liposomes, which are very stable over time, are formulated from a phosphatidycholine complex made up of lecithin from sunflower oil (guaranteed GMO-free).

Thanks to our latest generation encapsulation process, the average size of liposomes is 85 nanometers (92% of particles are between 60 and 172 nm).

How long does it take for vitamin C to see its effects?

You will notice the first benefits after 1 month. For lasting effects, we advise you to repeat this treatment 3 times a year.

What is the best form of liposomal vitamin C: liquid or capsules?
