How do I take my supplement?

Mix 10g (1 heaped scoop) of BCAA into a shaker containing 200ml of water or your beverage of choice. Shake and you're done!

Ideally consumed before, during or after training.

BCAAs can be taken continuously. Of course, it is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and to respect the recommended daily doses.

When will I feel the first benefits?

Should I take a break at the end of my treatment?

There is no need to take a break between each BCAA treatment.

This supplement can therefore be consumed continuously.
