How do I take my supplement?

Mix 3g of creatine (1 measuring spoon filled to graduation 4) in a shaker containing 200ml of water or the beverage of your choice. Shake before drinking, and you're done!

Creatine can be incorporated into a whey shake.

Creatine is ideally consumed before or after training during your snacks.
